Everything about Stephanie Thomas and Abandoned Blogs is fictional. I made up Stephanie Thomas and I made up her story.

Gregory Crewdon is a professor at Yale University School of Art in the Department of Photography. He lives in New York and exhibits internationally.
I chose to create a story based on Crewdson’s style of photography because of his process. He creates elaborate set designs with manufactured light in order to attain his aesthetic. I see it has fictional realism. The amount of effort and time to create one photograph is impressive. I thought it only to be fitting that I would approach an essay inspired by him with the same sense of process.
